Accessibility Statement
Effective July 31, 2026
Our commitment
SEIDO Cookware wants everyone to be able to use this site — including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or a keyboard alone. Accessibility is part of how we build seidocookware.com, not something we bolt on later.
Our standard
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We state it as a target, not a certification. This site is new and has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so our honest posture is partially conformant: we work to meet the standard, and some content may not yet. We work toward full conformance as the site matures.
What we do
Practices we build to:
- Semantic HTML, so headings, landmarks, lists, and buttons carry real meaning for assistive technology.
- Text alternatives on meaningful images.
- Keyboard navigability — every link, button, and menu can be reached and operated without a mouse.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and its background.
- We do not use flashing content in the content we create.
Known limitations
Where we embed content served by other companies, it may not fully meet our target and we cannot always modify it. Some older imagery may lack complete text alternatives while we complete our review.
Feedback
If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us. Email customerservice@seidocookware.com with the page address and a short description of the barrier. We aim to respond promptly, and your reports set the priority order for our fixes.
Effective date and review
This statement is effective July 31, 2026. We review it as the site changes and update it whenever our practices or conformance status change.
